Beef Wellie


Luxurious but quick, beef Wellington shouldn’t just be reserved for occasions. Created with strips of our finest dry aged fillet steak, sliced mushrooms, brandy, and herb pate all wrapped in our traditional, homemade puff pastry.

We do all the hard work so all you need to do is egg wash the Wellie and pop it in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
