Homemade Chicken Cordon Blue – Whole Chicken Breast Fillet Stuffed with Gruyere Cheese, Smoked Bacon & covered in bread crumbs. Lovely served with a fresh green salad.
These need to be fully cooked before eating, place in the center of a pre-heated oven for 30 mins at 200 degrees centigrade.
