Sometimes called a full-face rump, rump steak is made up of two muscles connected by a thin layer of sinew.

Cut from the hindquarter, rump steak contains high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids and is loaded with vitamins and minerals due to the grass-fed diet. Hand-butchered using traditional techniques, our grass-fed British beef offers the finest rump steaks.
